Jeremy Roundtree (formerly Jeremy Wordlaw)
Master of multiple martial arts disciplines, Jeremy trained in secrecy to become the hero the world would one day need. The son and nephew of two of the most brilliant minds in nanotech history, Jeremy carries a legacy few could ever match, and a destiny he never asked for.
When he isn't initially called into action, Jeremy embarks on a journey with his best friend Jack to become a live action superstar. Reece Davis (Call Sign: Monarch)
His background is former military, former special forces. His unit’s primary focus was counterterrorism and reconnaissance, with an emphasis on intelligence gathering behind enemy lines. No longer with the military, Reece is currently the leader of a vigilante strike force team.
Dr. Patricia Wordlaw
The preeminent scientist, in the fields of Nanobiology and Nanotechnology. Patricia is the mother of our protagonist. She is cutting edge, intense, and unyieldingly FOCUSED. Patricia firmly believes that she and her sister have transformed the future of medicine, yet she lives with the uneasy knowledge that their breakthrough could one day be corrupted into a weapon for darker purposes.
Dr. Naomi Wordlaw
Sister of Dr. Patricia Wordlaw and the aunt ofJeremy. A pioneering force in applied Nanotechnology, Naomi is unafraid of risk, embraces innovation, and thrives on transforming research into breakthroughs that reshape everyday life, yet beneath her brilliance lies a shadow of uncertainty. Naomi knows that in her drive to push forward, she may open doors to powers beyond anyone’s control. Doors that once opened, can never be shut.
Jack Jordan
More than just Jeremy’s best friend, Jack is his manager, fiercely driven to see Jeremy’s personal dream of becoming a big screen action hero become a reality. To Jack, life is about chasing dreams and refusing to settle for less. But his role in this story extends far beyond being Jeremy’s right-hand man. Jack is an inventor, a programming prodigy, brimming with audacious energy. His boundless confidence fuels his ambition, though at times, that same overconfidence may prove to be his greatest liability.
Gladys and James Wordlaw
Parents of Patricia and Naomi, grandparents to Jeremy, but to family, they’re simply Mimi and Papa.Their story started in the military, meeting during a secret ops mission: Gladys rose all the way to Major, James finished his service as Captain. Together they brought that same discipline, warmth, and legendary teamwork into their role as parents, showing unwavering commitment and putting family first, always. Although they don’t appear in the series until issue 3, their impact is felt from the second they’re introduced.
Sandra Darkwood
Fearless and steadfast, Sandra moves with absolute certainty in her convictions. In her mind, every action she takes serves a greater purpose: the protection and advancement of humanity itself. Opposition is not something she tolerates – those who cross her path will be crushed, forced to fall in line, or give in willingly to fit her vision. Relentless in nature, she will press forward until her mission is fulfilled or until something stronger finally halts her momentum.
Walter Perez
Sandra’s ruthless second-in-command, Walter is cunning, cruel, and never to be trusted. His descent into darkness began when he and his brother were wrongfully dishonorably discharged from the military, blamed for a disastrous mission that left their entire unit dead.
The injustice left Walter bitter and lost, deeply angry at the world. Meeting Sandra changed everything. She offered him renewed purpose and direction. Now Walter’s devotion is absolute. He’d risk everything, including his own life to protect her.
Dr. Claudia Argueta (Call Sign: Siren)
She is an expert in the field of nanotechnology and a crucial member of Reece Davis’s vigilante strike force unit. As a single mother, she fights not only for justice but for her son, who also serves alongside her on the team. Haunted by what she was forced to do that helped the Reapers rise, Claudia now channels her hope and determination into using science to end the very crisis she once helped set in motion.
Jakob Argueta (Call Sign: Shepherd)
He is the son of Dr. Claudia Argueta and a vital member of Reece Davis’s strike force unit. Trained in special forces, he specializes in combat search and rescue and air traffic control in hostile zones, with expert communication skills. Jakob combines tactical skill and loyalty as he fights alongside his mother and the team to end the Reaper threat.
